Entries for the 2025 Indianapolis Prize and Emerging Conservationist Award are open online and will close on Feb. 26, 2024.
The biennial award recognizes and rewards conservationists who have achieved major victories in advancing the sustainability of an animal species or group of species. The Winner will be awarded $250,000 and five Finalists as well as the Emerging Conservationist will be awarded $50,000.

Emerging Conservationist applicants must submit a formal application and supporting materials prior to the due date. To request an application, please email [email protected]. Applications must be requested no later than Jan. 5, 2024.
