The Amphibian Survival Alliance is proud to share the second issue of AmphiBios, our digital magazine built for and by the global amphibian conservation community.

Issue 2 brings together 51 contributors from 21 countries, spanning field reports, recovery stories, research, and community-led conservation. From Pickersgill's Reed Frog's road back from the brink in South Africa to Watson's Tree Frog rebuilt from the ashes of fire in Australia, from toads negotiating a truce with Tokyo to harlequin frogs holding on in the Ecuadorian Andes, this issue carries the breadth and depth of the work happening across the network.

What makes AmphiBios different?

AmphiBios is not a PDF that gets downloaded and forgotten. It is a searchable, growing digital platform where every article has its own page, shareable directly with funders, collaborators, and networks. Contributor and organization profiles build visibility for your work over time. And every article is instantly translatable into any language through your browser.

Want to contribute to Issue 3? Whether it is a field report, a program update, a success story, or an opinion piece, submissions are open at submit.amphibios.app.

AmphiBios exists because the people doing the work deserve a platform that matches the scale of what they are building. The community keeps growing, and so do we.
