We want to make of Madagascar one of the places in the world where frog conservation becomes one of the targets. With approximately 500 species (300 already described and 200 still to be described), Madagascar is a fascinating place for those naturalists who are interested in these wonderful animals.
Here, adaptive radiations occurred and produced a wonderful diversity of endemic frogs, unseen in few other places around the world.
We want to see a new generation of Malagasy herpetologists and conservationists who will take care of the astonishing forests of this large island. Deforestation is a terrible threat but with proper education and – moreover – a passion for nature, we hope to save most of the frogs that sing throughout tropical nights. And we need your help to make this happen. Thank you.
