The April edition of FrogLog will be focusing on the Americas. We would like to invite you to submit an article showcasing some of the great work underway to help save amphibians in this region.
As always, we are trying to use FrogLog as a way of communicating the many success stories that are out there.
Do you have a project in your region that has looked at the effects of a management intervention to conserve amphibians? Do you know of any novel techniques used for the conservation of an amphibian species? It could be anything from protecting, restoring or creating habitat to captive breeding and releases, as well as the implementation of conservation education and awareness programs. We are interested in focusing on promoting successful projects that demonstrate how to protect or boost wild amphibian populations by intervening to restore natural processes and/or mitigate threats.
General information for authors submitting to FrogLog can be found here.
The deadline to submit your articles for this edition is March 1, 2014. Articles should be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org.
