Amphibian Survival Alliance Partner Amphibian Ark (AArk) is now calling for articles and photos for the September 2016 edition of the Amphibian Ark Newsletter. Please take advantage of their wide distribution, both within and outside the amphibian conservation community, to share your recent successes and updates with your ex situ amphibian programs, and articles about newly established programs. They are also inviting their Spanish-speaking partners to submit their articles in Spanish.
If you have implemented a new ex situ amphibian conservation program in the past 12 months or would like to share developments in existing programs, please send them your articles and photos. They are always keen to hear about the progress of past recipients of AArk Seed Grants.
They invite you to send short articles, around 600-1,200 words or so, for inclusion into the newsletter. If you have a photo or two that could also be included with your article, please also send them to Kevin Johnson (Amphibian Ark Taxon Officer, Communications and Development), preferably as separate files rather than embedded in a Word document. Please also feel free to forward this request to anyone in your region who might have articles of interest to the AArk newsletter. Previous editions of their newsletter can be found on our web site, at www.amphibianark.org/aark-newsletter/.
The deadline for submissions for the September Newsletter is Friday September 2nd.
Please submit your ex situ articles, and direct all inquires to Kevin Johnson at Amphibian Ark: firstname.lastname@example.org.
